1. Educational and informational purpose
The site shares personal experience, educational content, leadership ideas, and general information. It does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, investment-adviser, lender-borrower, clinician-patient, or treatment-provider relationship.
2. No guaranteed outcome
No financial, lending, credit, business, recovery, legal, tax, investment, employment, or personal outcome is promised or guaranteed. Decisions should be based on the visitor’s own circumstances and, where appropriate, advice from qualified licensed professionals.
3. Personal stories
Stories reflect Brian Tort’s own experience and perspective. They are not instructions that every person should follow. Names and identifying details may be omitted or generalized to protect privacy.

Specific services may be delivered by a separate BFD company, independent provider, lender, professional, nonprofit, or community partner under separate terms, disclosures, eligibility requirements, and agreements.

Original writing, branding, graphics, frameworks, downloads, and site design are owned by or licensed to Brian Tort or BFD Holdings unless otherwise identified. Limited personal sharing with attribution is permitted; commercial reuse requires written permission.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience and routing. Their owners control their content, security, availability, and privacy practices.
