Go First
Tell the truth first. Take ownership first. Make the difficult call before asking other people to carry the burden.
My approach combines vision, structure, accountability, coaching, crisis experience, and human connection. The goal is not to create followers who depend on me. The goal is to help people recognize their own gifts and become stronger leaders.

Tell the truth first. Take ownership first. Make the difficult call before asking other people to carry the burden.
Strong leadership holds standards without forgetting the human beings responsible for carrying them.
People should leave leadership clearer, stronger, more confident, and more capable than when they entered it.
Titles change. Organizations change. Financial circumstances change. What remains is what became possible for other people because we were willing to serve.
Service can look like carrying the lumber, reviewing the numbers, making the difficult call, sitting with someone who is hurting, asking for help, admitting a mistake, or doing the quiet work nobody sees.
Success has little meaning to me if it cannot create safety, dignity, opportunity, recovery, hope, or a better future for someone else.
