SMS Terms

Terms for optional text-message communications from BrianTort.com and participating BFD brands.

Effective July 17, 2026. This is operational website language and should be reviewed by qualified legal and compliance professionals as services, vendors, jurisdictions, and data practices change.

1. Optional program

Where offered, text messaging may be used for requested follow-up, scheduling, reminders, service updates, or separately consented marketing. Participation is optional.

2. Consent

By affirmatively opting in, you authorize messages at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of buying goods or services. The frequency of messages may vary.

3. Costs

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out of the applicable messaging program. Reply HELP for assistance where supported, or contact coach@bfdholdings.com.

5. Privacy and sensitive data

Do not send Social Security numbers, bank information, passwords, medical records, tax records, or other sensitive documents by text. The Privacy Policy applies to information handled through the program.

6. Program changes

Messaging channels, short codes, numbers, and program availability may change. Material changes should be reflected in these terms and in the applicable opt-in language.
