We may collect contact details, inquiry type, communication preferences, event or organization information, and the message you voluntarily submit. Basic technical information such as browser type, referring page, and security logs may also be collected by the website host or analytics tools.
3. Do not submit sensitive information
Public forms and ordinary email are not designed for Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, passwords, tax returns, credit reports, medical records, treatment information, or other highly sensitive material. Submit those items only through a separately approved secure process after receiving instructions.
4. How information is used
Information may be used to respond, route an inquiry to the appropriate BFD company, schedule a conversation, provide requested resources, maintain records, protect the website, and send communications the visitor has requested or consented to receive.
5. Google Workspace and service providers
Website inquiries may be routed into controlled Google Workspace tools such as Gmail, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Apps Script, or AppSheet. Hosting, security, form-delivery, scheduling, analytics, and communications vendors may process limited information for their contracted purpose.
6. Sharing and brand routing
Information may be shared within BFD Holdings and its affiliated brands when needed to respond to the request. We do not sell personal information to unrelated advertisers. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to prevent harm, or to protect legal rights and system security.
7. Retention and access
Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the business purpose, legal obligations, security, or documented record-retention policy. Access is limited according to role and business need.
